While Consultant strives for consistent availability, occasional interruptions due to maintenance or unforeseen events may occur.

User Conduct

Clients agree to adhere to standards ensuring respectful and lawful interaction with Consultant and its platform.

• Do not engage in fraudulent or deceitful activities.
• Respect confidentiality and privacy requirements.
• Avoid any misuse of service functionalities or data.

User-Provided Content

Clients retain ownership of their submitted materials but grant Consultant a license to use them for the purpose of providing services.

The license is non-exclusive, worldwide, and revocable upon termination of services.

Clients are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their submitted content.

Consultant may remove content that violates policies or legal requirements.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Consultant’s services and materials remain with the company and its licensors.

Paid Services
